Veteran rank / zone

Just a thought but ive noticed many players who used to play back in 2013 and had the idea that perhaps there could be a sort of rank or zone which has slight benefit, like some skilling area or a shop or something along them lines.
Or even just a veteran cape like on regular rs.

This is a bad idea (imo) because some people played back then, quit and came back a few days ago. That would just be unfair if they didnt play constantly from 2013 until now
